You would be surprised how actively we are involved in promoting sustainable use of the environment and being involved in many community and environment projects.
Members give their time and materials for free to assist wherever required to make the world a better place. Not just for 4WDers but the whole community. We work closely with other conservation groups to complete projects benefiting the whole community.
Some of the ongoing projects are:
- Dingo Dell
This involves restoration and preservation of the area. Work is managed by the Land Rover Club (LROC) of Sydney in conjunction with the 4WDNSWACT Association, other clubs and National Parks Authority.

The Snowy Mountains Hut Preservation Society has been assisted to keep the historic huts in good condition. Members drive down usually from Sydney for extended periods to assist with major works to these beautiful old huts.
- Clean Up Australia Day
The club is actively involved each year and members are allocated to an area with many old car bodies and illegally dumped items being removed from the bush reserves and parks.
