Land Rover Owners Expo 2024 Setup

Land Rover Owners Expo 2024 is just around the corner on Sunday 21st July, at Hawkesbury Showground, starting at 9am. You should find the official promotion page elsewhere in the current issue of the LROC magazine. It is going to be an awesome event and one not to be missed!

To make it all happen, we need your help. It is run by our club and to ensure that it goes smoothly, we need volunteers like you, to help run it. 

Here’s what’s required;

• Friday 19th we will collect the equipment from our lockup at Kennards Storage Prospect, take that equipment to Hawkesbury Showground and then lay out the site. Therefore, we need a few hands to help with that.
• Saturday 20th, the set up gets underway at Hawkesbury Showground, erecting marquees, putting up signage, bunting, etc, etc, which will require a quite a few people.
• On the day of the Expo, Sunday 21st July, at Hawkesbury Showground, we need lots of volunteers for the following;
  • At the gate to check people in
  • Man our LROC stand
  • Direct cars into the various rows by model and the general parking.
• Finally we need volunteers to help pack it all away at the end of the Expo, Sunday 21st July and return it to our lockup at Kennards Storage Prospect.
