Land Rover Owners Expo 2026 Setup

Thanks to all who have volunteered, we have had a fantastic response from the members and have 20 volunteers already. Even so, if you are interested in helping, please email me at members@lroc.com.au and I will put your name down to help out if anyone is unable to.

Land Rover Owners Expo 2026 is just around the corner on Sunday 19th July, at Hawkesbury Showground, starting at 9am. You should find the official promotion page elsewhere in the current issue of the LROC magazine. It is going to be an awesome event and one not to be missed!

To make it all happen, we need your help. It is run by our club and to ensure that it goes smoothly, we need volunteers like you, to help run it. 

Here’s what’s required;

• Friday 17th we will collect the equipment from our lockup at Kennards Storage Prospect, take that equipment to Hawkesbury Showground and then lay out the site. Therefore, we need a few hands to help with that.
• Saturday 18th, the set up gets underway at Hawkesbury Showground, erecting marquees, putting up signage, bunting, etc, etc, which will require a quite a few people.
• On the day of the Expo, Sunday 19th July, at Hawkesbury Showground, we need lots of volunteers for the following;
  • At the gate to check people in
  • Man our LROC stand
  • Direct cars into the various rows by model and the general parking.
• Finally we need volunteers to help pack it all away at the end of the Expo, Sunday 19th July and return it to our lockup at Kennards Storage Prospect.
